CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
River Conservancy Districts Act.

It shall be the duty of the board of trustees of any conservancy district organized under this Act to proceed diligently to the fulfillment of all the purposes and objects of this Act subject to the proper use and disposition of available funds.
