CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
River Conservancy Districts Act.

Before any work is commenced under the provisions of this Act the plans therefor shall be submitted to, and approved by the Department of Transportation and by the Environmental Protection Agency of the State of Illinois or its successor as may be fixed by law.
