Quick-take; Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority purposes. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for the acquisition by the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority of property described in subsection (f) of Section 5 of the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Act for the purposes of providing additional grounds, buildings, and facilities related to the purposes of the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority.
