Quick-take; road realignment. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 24 months after March 1, 1992, by the Village of Wheeling and the City of Prospect Heights, owners of the Palwaukee Municipal Airport, to allow for the acquisition of right of way to complete the realignment of Hintz Road and Wolf Road.
