Quick-take; Lake-Cook Road. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 24 months after September 10, 1993, by the Cook County Highway Department and Lake County Department of Transportation to allow for the acquisition of necessary right-of-way for construction of underpasses for Lake-Cook Road at the Chicago Northwestern Railroad crossing, west of Skokie Boulevard, and the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad crossing, west of Waukegan Road.
