Quick-take; Arcola/Tuscola Water Transmission Pipeline Project. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of one year after December 23, 1993, by the City of Arcola and the City of Tuscola for the development of the Arcola/Tuscola Water Transmission Pipeline Project pursuant to the intergovernmental agreement between the City of Arcola and the City of Tuscola.
