Quick-take; Bensenville Ditch. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 24 months from December 23, 1993, by the Village of Bensenville for the acquisition of property bounded by Illinois Route 83 to the west and O'Hare International Airport to the east to complete a flood control project known as the Bensenville Ditch.
