Quick-take; Medical Center Commission. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 9 months after November 1, 1993, by the Medical Center Commission for the purpose of acquiring a site for the Illinois State Police Forensic Science Laboratory at Chicago, on the block bounded by Roosevelt Road on the north, Wolcott Street on the east, Washburn Street on the south, and Damen Avenue on the west in Chicago, Illinois.
