Quick-take; White County. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 36 months after July 14, 1995, by White County for the acquisition of a 3 1/2 mile section of Bellaire Road, which is described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 28, Township 6 South, Range 10 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian; thence South to a point at the Southwest Corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 9, Township 7 South, Range 10 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian.
