Quick-take; Village of Schaumburg. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 18 months after June 28, 1996, by the Village of Schaumburg for the acquisition of land, easements, and aviation easements for the purpose of a public airport in Cook and DuPage Counties; provided that if any proceedings under the provisions of this Article are pending on that date, "quick-take" may be utilized by the Village of Schaumburg.
