Quick-take; City of Pinckneyville. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of one year after June 28, 1996, by the City of Pinckneyville for the acquisition of land and easements to provide for improvements to its water treatment and storage facilities and water transmission pipes, and for the construction of a sewerage treatment facility and sewerage transmission pipes to serve the Illinois Department of Corrections Pinckneyville Correctional Facility.
