815 ILCS 124/23: Licensure fees.

(a) The nonrefundable fee for initial licensure shall be $5,000, unless modified by the Secretary in accordance with subsection (b) of Section 11.

(b) The nonrefundable fee for annual license renewal shall be $5,000, unless modified by the Secretary in accordance with subsection (b) of Section 11.

(c) The Department shall impose a contingent fee sufficient to cover its operating expenses in administering this Act not otherwise covered by all other revenue collected under this Act. Each licensee shall pay to the Division its pro rata share, based on number or volume of transactions or revenue or any other metric established by the Department by rule, of the cost for administration of the Act that exceeds other fees listed in this Section, as estimated by the Division, for the current year and any deficit actually incurred in the administration of the Act in prior years.
