CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Buy-Now-Pay-Later Loan Consumer Protection Act.

Any loan made by a person not licensed or otherwise exempt under this Act is null and void and no person or entity shall have any right to collect, attempt to collect, receive, or retain any principal, fee, interest, or charges related to the loan.
