CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Buy-Now-Pay-Later Loan Consumer Protection Act.

The Secretary may require an annual report from all licensees in a form and manner prescribed by the Secretary. The Department may publish reports containing a compilation of aggregate data concerning the buy-now-pay-later loan industry.
