CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Credit Card Issuance Act.

In every case where an applicant for a credit card is rejected by a credit card issuer, the applicant, upon request, shall be informed of the reasons for such rejection. Failure to comply with this section is a civil rights violation under Section 4-103 of the Illinois Human Rights Act.
