CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Credit Card Issuance Act.

A credit card issuer shall, when requested, consider the financial status of a married couple when making a determination as to whether to issue a credit card.

A credit card issuer shall, upon request by an applicant, consider such person's financial status when making a determination as to whether to issue such person a credit card as an individual.
