IC 10-19-9-11: Conditions for use of department's training facilities

Sec. 11. (a) The department's facilities are available for the training of any public safety or health services provider that the department determines will benefit from the training.

(b) The department shall determine the terms and conditions for use of the department's facilities by the providers listed in subsection (a).
