IC 10-19-9-12: Fee schedules and charges

Sec. 12. The department may establish fee schedules and charges for the following:

(1) Items or services provided by the department under this chapter.

(2) Training conducted by the department under this chapter.

(3) Other department activities conducted under this chapter.
