Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "meat product" means a product capable of use as human food that is made wholly or in part from meat or other parts of the carcass of any of the following:
(1) Cattle.
(2) Sheep.
(3) Swine.
(4) Bison.
(5) Poultry.
(6) Goats.
(7) Rabbit.
