IC 16-51-1-11.5: Violations; civil penalties

Sec. 11.5. (a) A payor or an Indiana nonprofit hospital system may report a violation of this chapter to the state department on a form prescribed by the state department.

(b) The state department may assess a civil penalty of one thousand dollars ($1,000) per day against a qualified provider for a violation of this chapter.
