IC 16-52-1-3: "Health care facility"

Sec. 3. As used in this article, "health care facility" includes the following:

(1) A housing with services establishment (as defined in IC 12-10-15-3).

(2) A private mental health institution licensed under IC 12-25.

(3) An ambulatory outpatient surgical center licensed under IC 16-21-2.

(4) A hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2.

(5) A hospice program licensed under IC 16-25-3.

(6) A home health agency licensed under IC 16-27-1.

(7) A health facility licensed under IC 16-28-2 or IC 16-28-3.

(8) A child caring institution or group home licensed under IC 31-27.
