IC 20-19-12-2: "Eligible entity"

Sec. 2. (a) As used in this chapter, "eligible entity" means any of the following:

(1) A school corporation.

(2) A public school, including a charter school.

(3) A state accredited nonpublic school.

(4) An approved intermediary.

(5) A career coaching provider approved by the department under section 7 of this chapter.

(b) The term does not include a state educational institution.
