IC 20-19-3-44: Reporting on strategies for underperforming schools

Sec. 44. (a) Not later than December 1, 2026, the secretary of education shall prepare and submit a report, in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6, to the general assembly with recommendations on the following:

(1) Strategies to support academically and fiscally underperforming schools.

(2) Interventions, as necessary, regarding schools described in subdivision (1).

(b) This section expires July 1, 2027.
