IC 3-9-4-4.5: Electronic filing of local campaign finance reports

Sec. 4.5. (a) As used in this section, "board" refers to either of the following:

(1) A county election board.

(2) A board of elections and registration.

(b) A board may establish a system for electronic filing of reports required to be filed by a candidate or committee under this article.

(c) If a board provides for electronic filing of reports, the board may not require a candidate or a committee to file its reports using the system established under this section.
