IC 5-2-6-8.1: "Division"

Sec. 8.1. (a) As used in this section, "division" refers to the victim services division of the Indiana criminal justice institute established under section 8 of this chapter as:

(1) amended by P.L.2-1995; and

(2) in effect through June 30, 2024.

(b) The division continues to exist to:

(1) exercise any power; and

(2) carry out any duty;

granted to or imposed upon the division by statute or a rule adopted under IC 4-22-2.
