IC 5-2-6.7-2: "Domestic violence prevention and treatment center"

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "domestic violence prevention and treatment center" means an organized entity:

(1) established by:

(A) a city, town, county, or township; or

(B) an entity exempted from the gross retail tax under IC 6-2.5-5-25(a)(1)(B); and

(2) created to provide services to prevent and treat domestic or family violence.
