IC 7.1-1-3-45.7: "Sports arena"

Sec. 45.7. "Sports arena" means an indoor or outdoor facility where the main purpose and function of the facility is organized sporting competition. The term does not include:

(1) a facility to which IC 7.1-3-1-25(a) applies;

(2) a tract that contains a premises described in IC 7.1-3-1-14(d)(2); or

(3) a facility primarily used for professional competition.
