IC 7.1-7-5.5-1: Retailers prohibited from making a delivery sale of e-liquid or a vapor device to a minor

Sec. 1. A retailer may not make a delivery sale of e-liquid, an e-liquid product, or a vapor device to an individual who does not meet the minimum age requirement as set forth in IC 7.1-7-6-5.
