IC 7.1-7-5.5-2: E-liquid and vapor device shipped in a delivery sale

Sec. 2. A retailer may not ship an e-liquid, an e-liquid product, or a vapor device without first making a good faith effort to verify the age of the purchaser of the e-liquid, e-liquid product, or vapor device as set forth in IC 7.1-7-6-6.
