K.S.A. 12-825e: Same; inapplicable to certain cities of more than 100,000 population.

The provisions of this act shall not apply to cities, the utilities of which are under the management and control of a board of public utilities, as established by chapter 126* of the Laws of Kansas for 1929, and all acts and parts of acts amendatory thereof.
