K.S.A. 12-825f: Crediting certain utility revenue to light fund.

Any city receiving periodically revenue from any electric public utility as compensation or consideration in whole or in part for the franchise granted by such city to such utility pursuant to the terms thereof may credit all or any part of such revenue to the street light fund of such city.
