K.S.A. 19-15,110: Disposition of improvements on acquired sites in urban area counties.

Any improvements located on any site acquired by said board of county commissioners may be disposed of at public sale after first causing a publication for three consecutive weeks in the official county newspaper of the date and place of such sale.
