K.S.A. 19-15,111: Bond provisions for urban area counties.

The bonds issued for the purposes herein provided shall not exceed the aggregate amount fixed and stated in said resolution hereinabove referred to and adopted by the board. All such bonds shall be issued, registered, sold, delivered and retired in accordance with the provisions of the general bond law and shall be subject to any limitations of bonded indebtedness of such county.
