KRS 100.328: Bylaws and procedures.

(1) The planning commission shall have the authority to adopt all bylaws and

procedures necessary to carry out the functions of this chapter.

(2) The contents of and procedure for adoption and amendment of interim regulations,

as provided in KRS 100.201 shall be the same as for permanent zoning or other

kinds of growth management regulations.
