KRS 100.329: Recording of plats.

All final plats approved by the planning commission shall be recorded at the expense of

the applicant in the office of the county clerk. A copy of all regulations and the official

maps of each planning unit shall be filed with the appropriate agency as pro vided in this

chapter, or as otherwise provided by law.
