KRS 109.160: Condemnation of property.

The board may by resolution recite the need, order the condemnation on behalf of the

waste management district of any real property or interest therein that in the opinion of

the board is necessary for the proposed construction or use of a solid waste mana gement

facility. Proceedings for condemnation shall be conducted in the manner prescribed in the

Eminent Domain Act of Kentucky.
