KRS 148.250: Thoroughbred State Park.

  1. KRS Chapter 148

There may be a state park at a site to be selected by the commissioner of parks in Fayette

County, Kentucky, which park shall be known as Thoroughbred State Park. It shall be

developed for recreational and educational purposes, in commemoration of the infl uence

of the Thoroughbred horse industry on the history and traditions of the Commonwealth. It

shall include restaurant facilities for visitors and a museum of the Thoroughbred industry.
