KRS 148.255: Legislative approval required for disposal of certain park property.

No interest in real property that is located in a county containing a consolidated local

government and that is owned by the Commonwealth and managed by the Kentucky

Department of Parks and having a value greater than four hundred thousand dollars

($400,000) shall be sold, traded, or otherwise disposed of without prior authorization by

the General Assembly.
