KRS 15.727: Duty of Commonwealth's attorney and county attorney to assist child sexual

abuse multidisciplinary team.

Pursuant to KRS 431.600, each Commonwealth's attorney and each county attorney shall

assist any child sexual abuse multidisciplinary team establish ed in his circuit or county,

unless the Prosecutors Advisory Council has voted to relieve him of this responsibility.
