KRS 15.728: Notification to Office of Charitable Gaming of investigation or prosecution

of violation of charitable gaming laws.

All law enforcement agencies and investigative bodies shall notify the Office of

Charitable Gaming of any investigation o r prosecution of any violation of the charitable

gaming laws as soon as reasonably possible after commencing the investigation or

prosecution and shall coordinate any investigation with the office.
