KRS 15.948: Attorney General to have staff available specially trained in child

sexual abuse and child abuse and neglect -- Assistance to prosecutors.

The Attorney General shall have staff available who are specially trained in child

sexual abuse and child abuse and neglect. Commonwealth's attorneys and county

attorneys may request assistance in the investigation and prosecution of child sexual

abuse and child abuse and neglect cases in accordance with provisions of this

chapter.
