KRS 151.7282: Presession reports to legislative committees.

By July 1 of each year preceding the convening of the General Assembly in even -

numbered-year regular session, the authority shall provide the projected six (6) year

construction and preconstruction program to the Interim Joint Committee on Natural

Resources and Environment, the Capital Planning Advisory Board, and the Interim Joint

Committee on Appropriations and Revenue.
