KRS 151.729: Authority's involvement in requested transfer of drinking water between

water utilities involving Kentucky River basin watershed.

At the time a water utility requests a state agency to take action required to allow the

transfer between water utilities of drinking water within or into the watershed of the

Kentucky River basin, the water utility shall notify the authority of the request that has

been made for state agency action. The authority shall review the request and comment on

the requested transfer to the state agency within the time period for the review by the state

agency.
