KRS 156.440: Sample copies of materials selected and placed on state -approved list of

instructional materials.

Publishers or developers, upon the request of the instructional materials depository

established in KRS 156.412 or superintendents of school d istricts, shall furnish the

requested sample copies of their materials that were selected and placed on the state -

approved list of recommended instructional materials by the State Quality Curriculum

Task Force.
