KRS 157.180: School furniture or supplies not to be sold by teachers or employees

distributing books.

No teacher or school employee engaged in the distribution of textbooks under the

provisions of KRS 157.100 to 157.170 shall sell, distribute, or in any way d eal in any

kind of school furniture or supplies for use in any public schools.
