KRS 157.190: Funds for textbooks, programs, and instructional materials for children in

specified facilities.

The Kentucky Department of Education shall cooperate with the Kentucky Educational

Collaborative for State Agency Children to distribute funds for te xtbooks, programs, and

instructional materials for use by children placed in facilities and programs operated or

contracted by the Department of Juvenile Justice or the Cabinet for Health and Family

Services' residential, day treatment, clinical, and group home programs.
