KRS 164.960: Police officers -- Qualifications.

All persons appointed as police officers pursuant to KRS 164.950 to 164.980 shall, at the

time of their employment:

(1) Comply with the requirements of KRS 61.300; and

(2) Possess whatever other requirements as may be set by the governing board of the

institution of public postsecondary education which employs them.
