KRS 17.143: Qualified person to administer system -- Personnel.

The commissioner shall appoint a qualified person to administer the centralized criminal

history record information system. He shall have statistical training and experience and

possess a knowledge of criminal law enforcement and administration and of pena l and

correctional institutions and methods. He shall be furnished with the necessary facilities

and equipment and shall appoint clerical and other assistants necessary for the operation

of the centralized criminal history record information system.
