KRS 17.562: Quorum -- Votes for action of board.

A quorum of the board shall consist of at least six (6) members. The concurring votes of

five (5) members shall be considered as the action of the board, except in the case of

revoking a certificate, in which case the concurring votes of at least seven (7) members

shall be required.
