KRS 17.564: Authority for administrative regulations.

(1) The board may promulgate all reasonable administrative regulations not

inconsistent with this chapter that are necessary to carry into effect the purposes of

KRS 17.500 to 17.580 and 17.991.

(2) The board may promulgate administrative regulations requiring mandatory

continuing education for approved providers as a condition for obtaining their

renewal approvals.
